4.2 Bonus Restrictions

• Each bonus can only be claimed once — attempting to claim a bonus again by opening a new account is considered fraud.
• Bets that reduce bonus wagering progress (football bets with odds below 1.5, Baccarat tie bets) do not count toward wagering requirements.

4.3 VIP Cashback

5.1 Playing Hours

• Opening an account using false information
• Playing on behalf of players under 21 years of age
• Automated play using bots or scripts

If any of these violations are found, the player's account may be closed immediately and any remaining balance forfeited.

7.1 Self-Closure by Player

7.3 Remaining Balance in a Closed Account

For accounts closed by the player, any remaining balance may be withdrawn after a full review. If an account is closed due to violations, the remaining balance and any bonus funds may be forfeited.
